Welcome to the official website of Suraksha Plaza, operated by the Suraksha SVP NPA Co-operative Store under the aegis of the Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel National Police Academy (SVP NPA). By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

 1. General

• This website is exclusively for use by IPS officers, Officers trainees, faculty, and staff associated with SVP NPA.
• All content and product listings are provided for informational and internal procurement purposes only.
• Suraksha Plaza reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.

 2. Products and Services

Products available include:

• Uniform articles
• Academy souvenirs
• Publications

All product descriptions, specifications, and prices are subject to change without prior notice at the discretion of store management.

 3. Orders and Payments

• All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Payment must be made at the time of placing the order through the available payment modes.
• Orders will be processed and fulfilled based on stock availability and internal verification.

 4. No Refund / No Cancellation Policy

• No refund or cancellation will be allowed once the order is placed, and payment is completed.
• Users are strongly advised to verify product details, quantities, and delivery instructions before confirming the order.
• Exceptions may be made only under extraordinary circumstances at the sole discretion of the Store Committee.

 5. Shipping and Delivery

• Products are shipped exclusively via India Post.
• The shipping cost is recovered from the customer.
• A tracking ID from India Post will be shared with the customer for parcel tracking.

 6. Damage and Replacement

• All products are quality-checked under CCTV surveillance before dispatch.
• The store shall not be held responsible for any damages incurred during transit.

 7. Payment

• Only online payment via the integrated SBI Payment Gateway is accepted.
• Order is confirmed only after receiving the payment successfully in the store’s bank account.
• The store is not responsible for failed transactions at the customer’s end or at the payment gateway.

 8. Order Confirmation

• Order will be confirmed only after the completion of the identification process.

 9. Customer Registration

Customers must register via email ID prior to placing an order

Orders are accepted only from registered customers.
